Keen Flight Radar 24 viewers have today been treated to a nice surprise from Boeing. The aircraft took off from Boeing Field in Seattle over 12 hours ago and it’s since been making its way across the USA, drawing what is starting to look like a 787 on the popular Flight Radar 24 tracking app.
The Boeing 787-8 aircraft, a test aircraft with registration N7874, callsign “BOE004” took off at 15:38 West Coast time (23:38 UK Time) from Boeing Field in Seattle. It made it’s way out towards Wisconsin, before turning southbound and beginning it’s ‘Sky Sketch’.
So far, the majority of the aircraft has been drawn out, at time of publishing this, just the right wing needs completing before the aircraft is expected to turn back west and head home to Boeing Field.
